About RCS
Richolson Creative Services, LLC, based in Orlando, Fla., specializes in print and online production services for clients nationwide. These services include preparing publications for print, web site development and maintenance, web hosting, writing and editing services, photography, and video editing.
RCS was legally formed in early 2005 by Rick Richolson, who has almost 30 years of experience in the publishing field. Throughout the years, Rick has served as newspaper writer/editor, editor of three prestigious legal directories, and web developer.
Rick received his bachelor’s degree in 1979 from the School of Journalism at the University of Missouri-Columbia, specializing in newspaper publishing.
Upon graduation, Rick worked in all phases of a publishing business, Independent Publishing Co., Inc., in Newport, Ark. That business included one daily newspaper, three weeklies and a commercial printing operation. For nine years, Rick managed operations in the news, production, circulation and accounting departments.
While there, Rick received the "General Excellence" award in the Arkansas Press Association's Better Newspaper Contest, and earned awards for news reporting, photography, and editorial writing.
Upon the sale of the family business in December 1989, Rick moved to Florida and wrote “advertorials” for several publications, including The Palm Beach Post, The Stuart News, and Business Journal of the Treasure Coast, as well as hard news articles for The Oviedo Voice and DeLand Gazette.
In 1994 Rick moved into the legal publishing field, editing Campbell's List, a directory of general practice attorneys, a prestigious publication that was established in 1879. Since then, Rick has expanded his role in this field by becoming editor of the print and online versions of Wright Holmes Law List and Attorney Forwarding Network. He also edits the printed and CD versions of The Commercial Bar and The Lawyers List.
Richolson Creative Services has expanded its role to include web site development services. Other clients include the Mantovani Orchestra, American Entertainment Resources, Magic Nails & Day Spa, O’Baker & Company, and several musicians and entertainers. As a provider of affordable web hosting services, RCS assists clients in setting up their web sites, email accounts, and web site configurations. RCS also offers photography and video editing services for client web sites.
